Ementor delivers strong revenue growth and operating profit of MNOK 120.4, up 26.5%

(15.07.2008) Ementor announced today the second quarter 2008 results with a strong organic revenue growth of 7.8 % and a strong operating profit of MNOK 120.4, up 26.5% year-over-year. EBITDA margin ended at 4.2%, up from 3.6% in corresponding period last year. Continued exceptional growth in services revenue contributed to the solid results.

(01.07.2008) The Ementor Group’s subsidiary Atea Sweden AB has entered into agreement to acquire all shares in the IT infrastructure company SpintopAB for MSEK 51.0 (MNOK 43.1) on cash and debt free basis (enterprise value).
